How to book and whats happens next

Once you have decided upon your preferred weekend/event a deposit or full payment (within 6 weeks of event) is required to confirm the booking which can be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

 

On receipt of your deposit a Booking Confirmation and conditions will be sent to you via post or email. We ask you to check the deatails and signed the duplicate copy and return to us.

 

6 weeks prior to your event the Final Balance is required.

 

3 weeks prior to the event (earlier if you require) you will receive an email and letter with your logon details to access your travel pack holiday information which includes

 

Itinerary with timing and locations

Accommodation directions and map (if booked)

Activity information including recommended clothing, directions and map

 

These logon details can be forwarded to all members of the group, making it nice and easy. The Online Travel Pack information should be printed off, so you have all the information to hand.

 

 

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable, so please ensure if you are booking a group that all individuals are committed.

 

Booking Changes

If you wish to make an amendment to your booking once you have paid your deposit, we will accept one change free of charge. Anyother change will incurr a £10 amendment fee.
